http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/29383.page This is the link for finding the $35 software lady, Debbie.
I am teetering on the brink of signing up, I did a few squares a year or two ago, and I have the book, but would like the software so I have PM'd Debbie to see how I could go about paying her for it, and will see what she says. Joanne's doesn't send overseas so I can't go down that route. At least it isn't too late to sign up, is it?

no, you can join in whenever you like - since its not a "swap" there isn't a deal line.

I need help....

Grrrr frustrated....remember reading in this thread about a site with nice fabric and reasonable prices(thinking about joining this but have a few concerns)...one being money lol....I am sure no one understands that. Also concerned that dont have enough experience with quilting to do this...but then how will I get it if I dont push right? Hmmmmm. I am so slooooooow at quilting...worried cant keep up....SIGH

Maybe it was Klue who mentioned the site....anyway...I cant seem to find it because this thread is soooo long. I am pretty sure it was Klue who mentioned the site. Does anyone remember???

Don't worry Margie, there are several of us who sew at the speed of slow around here. I can sit next to my friend, do the same pattern, and yet she's done by the time I'm still partway through it. Go figure! I console myself with the fact that quicker does not always mean accurate. (Now if she'd only sew less accurately this would give me more comfort, lol.)

One way to keep the price down is to use muslin as your background fabric. A few of us are doing that, I think.
