Good one, Cindy! There's not much worse than cleaning out a garage -- I'm hoping my children will do it after I'm gone!

I know the waiting has been tough. Glad it's over and you got great news! Thanks for letting us know. Now you can relax and get back to the fun things in life.

Katybob, I laughed out loud when I read your answer!! You have the best ideas, why didn't I think of that?

Dotty!!! So happy for you thank God that's over
btw I did find out a couple of days ago that my brain MRI/MRA was totally normal... I do have a brain I guess! just have to gather up some missing pieces ...LOL ...I'm thinkin more and more it is tired and stress

Cindy and katybob - wonderful blocks as usual
and I agree with Cindy about that comment...will add another as I rush to Staples to pick up some boxes to dump the mess in our extra bedroom into to pack and bring to a storage unit [because the garage is already full!!] our two oldest DGSs are spending tomorrow night here so they will be here Monday morning to celebrate their Aunt's b'day .....[but only if we can locate the beds hiding behind the mess that needs to be packed away]
gotta run so DH doesnt catch on to the fact I bought yet more boxes to avoid sorting and trashing [of course he is the biggest packrat of us all]

have a great weekend - and Dotty - relax!!
Gus

Thanks Katybob - Cindy and Gus - the relief I have is so wonderful. Also glad all OK for you too Gus.!!
I am going to my DJ group tomorrow and will be celebrating with the girls. I shall be getting on with my sashing - hope it is a bit cooler as today has been the hottest day so far this year - reaching low 30's - which is hot for the UK. Also waiting for the news of an imminent birth for our Royal family !! Wonder if it is a boy or girl - I am going for a boy !!!!!!
Have a nice weekend and happy sewing !!!
Dot.

Monica, glad your MRI/MRA came out fine. Stress and fatigue can really do a number on us, can't it?

Dotty, for some reason I've been thinking it will be a girl. We'll find out soon, won't we?

We finished in the garage yesterday, Sunday. It was the hottest and most humid day for us. It was awful but we persevered. I'm making a pledge to stay organized!! I still have some inside things to get done this summer.

Here is LS-10. I pulled the wrong pattern to work on for this week, but that's ok, they all need to be completed, right?

Thanks, Monica. Yes, I'm catching up, still have a lot to go, however. I'll send the "roll" back to the west coast soon.

I must have moved when I was taking the photo -- it's really blurry!
