I bought this book from another qb member last year......I've been wanting to start making these, and this is just the nudge I need to get started! Thanks!

Also for those who want to join but don't have the book, I have been told that Amazon has used books that are in excellent condition and reasonable too.
I ordered my book from Amazon used for $13 and change. It is supposed to be in good condition with the cd included. Here's to hoping..

Ok Poker Diva, you have set a little flame under my tushie. I don't have the book, but I do love PP, Am working on a Christmas Cactus at the moment. So I'm going to order the book, and mark this thread, and I'll be here one way or another. Katie

I am doing "The Farmer's Wife" with another group but have always wanted to do the stars. Carol Doak spoke at our quilt guild years ago and an "opportunity quilt" was made based on her book (with her blessing) I am going to give it a try. Thanks for giving us some encouragement to jump in and do things that are on the bucket list.

This sounds like fun. I have this book and would love to see the progress through the year.

I'm thinking about joining in. How small are the blocks? I don't have the book yet.
