Here is my Iowa. You ladies did a wonderful job this last week! This week is Kansas, where I'm living, so I must find some sunflower fabric to put into the block, lol.

Ckcowl, Your star seems to float in the night sky.

Tomilu, Your Iowa star reminds me of green corn against a summer blue sky.

Here's a song to sew by this week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZtGZLu2dMBg
(do some of you remember the scratching of the old 78s?)

Wow the Iowa blocks are all just stunning. It looks like a very intricate block and I am looking forward to trying it (if I ever finish California.) Haven't been in the sewing room in weeks due to family stuff so just to let you all know, I am still here and watching and hope to be back sewing soon.
