It's nice to have more than one shade of red. Red stands out nicely. That dark red is lovely. I worked with red and green this week too! :-)

I used my Moda Bella Solids Color Chart to match up my solids to my prints. Then I ordered a yard of each of the matching colors. Worked so well! Love my color chart! I know that Kona has a color chart too, but I prefer the feel of the Bella!

Surprise, surprise, I have finished putting together block 47 Joy..I've been finding cut up pattern & fabric pieces in baggies in the different totes I take with me when I go back & forth to NC.. I guess they are popping up because they want to be done..

Anne - your blocks are always so precise! I always enjoy seeing them scanned instead of just the camera shots I do. I remember scanning them in the 1st FWS quilt we did, just lazy now I guess!
