SBG your two blocks turned out lovely. The first one looks pretty easy. Does the second one take very long? I will be gone tomorrow again so just figuring my time on everything.

The second one has more pieces but it goes together with all nice straight seams. Didn't seem to take that long, paper piecing.

Great blocks, everyone! JanRN, I love all your batiks. Have you given any thought yet to what you'll use for sashing? Wish I'd pressed mine a little better before I snapped the picture!

Here are my blocks for this week. I see a huge process of cropping these in the future! I went back and took off all the paper piecing backings while watching TV over the past few weeks. I sure have a huge pile of blocks. I definitely think I'll be making this into two lap size quilts, as I have done with the other FWS quilts. I certainly don't need to add another large quilt to the mix.

QNS, it amazes me that you get any sewing done at all with all you do...

I feel like a mother hen with all my chicks doing me proud.. Love you guys...

Had the windows open 2 nites in a row..after today they get closed again...Please take care all of you with this pending heat wave..some of you may already be experiencing it right now..

Sewbiz, I gave up jiggling the bed when DH snores so I get up early and nap in the afternoon...
