Love it; it does look familiar. I had a good PC trail rider send me the print that looks like that and I used it too. Will post tomorrow. Loved the ease of doing this block...no Y seams!!

Honchey--great fussy cutting, what a fun block!

Mirabelle--pretty blocks as always the dark blue in the center really pops!

I guess I start here and work backward submitting photos: Minnesota..."Heads, I win, Tails you lose" center is a fly fishing lure because Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes...yikes anyone have a count on mosquitoes?? Now what not load... try, try again.

Honchey, Mirabelle, QNSue...great jobs. This weeks wasn't so difficult but I'm almost to the point of swearing off of PP too. It is so time consuming even when there really is no other easy way to do the block and the reversing always gets me. I think I got the triangles reversed but I didn't notice it until I sewed the last strip together and couldn't see undoing the entire block
Here's mine for the week. Seems like the pony ride has been decimated by summer fun. Just for the record, I'm current with all of the blocks even when I post them every other week like I have been. My computer needs attention so getting it to upload the photos is a maybe thing. Today it worked.

GG, like your blocks; so glad you are current. I am not, still have three challenges: ice cream bowl, lucky star, and jewel to finish or sub blocks for those. I have a new computer that works its own way, or I have done something the programmers never thought of!! Daughter is coming in early September, so maybe she can figure out what is going on then.

Back is easing in pain so back to the kitchen and make more nectarine jam, and work up the tomatoes. Life goes on. Oh, we got a 2 inch rain last night, but the main body of the storm moved South of us. Its cooler at least today. Trip to Des Moines, Iowa, cancelled until next week.

How different these blocks look with the different fabrics!

QNS--great use of the novelties.

GGal--like the purple and green; two of my favorite colors.
