QuiltE, The soups are condensed & you don't add the water, so they are thick. Also the the tortillas soak up the rest of the liquid. Also the 1 cup of chicken is a minimum, I always have more than that from my leftovers. Clear as mud?

The Art Musem in Corpus Christi, TX., adds kernel corn to their King Ranch Chicken. Love making it for a meal. Spices are different even if they are called the same in the Mid-West or Heartland from Texas. Miss What-a-burger too. And the seven layer dip for chips. Only I never used canned chicken; always cooked a whole chicken and de-boned it for the meat. Finally have dh eating homemade salsa!
