Isa is having downs in saturation all the time because she forgets to breath. My DS will ask tonight if they stopped the meds she got to help her remember. Otherwise both are doing ok!

Two days and four pages.....so much going on! The Sewgrands are looking fat and sassy. Look at the wrinkles at the back of their necks. I hope Isa gets breathing figured out. And Bram has graduated! And they celebrate another birthday. OK..your little quilts are so charming. What patience you have as well as dedication to helping others. How is the milking agreeing with you? Does DH have breakfast ready for you when you come in? QNS...such fun with your family and now DH has his computer which keeps him entertained. Rest up a little and enjoy the memories. Mirabelle...the diagnosis does give pause but better than letting it go. Your beautiful quilts inspire all of us. I second Quilte's comment. No question about entering it! Janie...have a nice time with your grand kids. Maybe there will be a Mystery waiting for you when you get back! Jan...how nice you're making friends with your new machine. I really like the table runner you did. It is a neat pattern. Carrie...what a successful retreat. Your quilt is beautiful and all of the wedding cards got made...plus many other things. No wonder you put so much effort into putting it together. Honchey...such a busy celebrity! Take some time to sleep. QuiltE...hope you get your teeth fixed. It's amazing how that pain seems to migrates to the rest of your body. Congratulations on finishing the MB. Only four more days! Me?...I didn't enjoy the time change either but after going to the chiropractor today found that wasn't all but feel totally better now! Couldn't go to town without stopping at the LQS. I want to make a quilt for a friend who has had a lot of bumps in life and had in mind the Tribute to Monet fabric. Today I picked up the Quilter Magazine, the spring review issue and there was a pattern for that fabric. Exactly what I needed since I couldn't figure out the pattern to use. Got all of the fabric for the top and look forward to putting it together. Really fell off the wagon didn't I? I also got some markers for the dry erase board where I will list all of my projects so they all see the light of day...hopefully this year!

QNSue ... boy have I got you confused ... me? on top of things? Well, I guess so as I'm on top of a mountain of PhDs! Just knew I had to get at it, and get my MB done before the deadline ... and then back to ther things. I just hope I can make my monthly deadlines! Cute story about your DGS. Looks like he;s ahead of the rest of you!

GGal ... Proud of you, for your stop by the LQS and bringing more home!!!

WOW! 12 pages! I've read 'em all, but don't think I've processed everythin' that happened the last 5 days. I think I'll have ta reread 'em all.
I got home th'evenin'. When I go on retreat I'm baaaad. I stay up all night & sleep a few hours in the mornin'. Sunday am I had slept 3 1/2 hours, so I just drove ta my friends house & slept on her wonderful memory foam mattress. So what did we do, last night, after bein' at a retreat for 4 days? We worked on her TX postage stamp quilt. Th'smornin' I drove 6 hours home.
At the retreat I got a lotta stuff done, helped cut out some 2 1/2" strips for a friend's quilt w/my GO, learned how ta do a French Braid, showed a star block ta everybody & several o' us made some (I will sew these tagether & quilt 'em for Project Linus), finished a PL quilt I was almost through with & donated it, showed off some UFO's & WIP's, learned a make a rice bag, cooked Sat. night's supper met up w/old friends, met new friends, laughed & cried tagether, & last but not least I sewed the friendship block top tagether. I still gotta git some more black 'cause it is screamin' for a 2" black border then a 1/4" red border then another 2" black border. I'll post picts soon. (Alright, I know I'm slow & it'll be a while LOL.)

Bev, you've been very productive Sounds like you had lots of fun!

Update on Isa: they adjusted the meds (read: increased the amount) and now she's having no more downs anymore. At least not those way downs, just tiny little ones but that's ok! I will visit them this afternoon, can't wait!

Still catching up here. Anael, great pics of the babes--makes me smile each time I see them and their progress.
Carrie, I love the fabric and design you chose for your quilt. You and DublB seem to have been very productive and had great times at your retreats.
Altho I miss the deadline of doing 2 blocks per week this has been great catch up time on some projects. I have the sashing on my BBs and was planning to get that finished and start quilting Rosie but something always gets in the way. Like Anne, I've been working extra (need that FART money LOL) and one of my favorite co-workers announced she's leaving so I had to make a table runner for her. Hope to finish it today since Friday is her last day. Poor Patches isn't doing too well again, more antibiotics and falls over a lot (only has 2 good legs but he's not in pain and still thinks he can chase bunnies; what to do with him???) Also, not getting much sleep. Phone keeps ringing at all hours of the night, no one there, not a fax machine, just strange beeping. Going to contact phone company today, hope they have a solution. Can't turn phone off--terminally ill BFF has only weeks to live and I still worry about my DGS out there driving, etc. At least Bev had fun when she didn't get any sleep!
Off to the BatCave--gotta finish that table runner. Have a good day all.

Thanks for the continued updates on the SewGrands, Anael. 7 weeks oh my!
You are right Jan, it is nice to catch up on projects. I keep telling myself I must finish what I've started--so that's my mission right now. Sorry about Patches, too. Wish you could get a good night's sleep. I'm sure phone rings just as you have gotten back to sleep and then you can't go back to sleep.
mirabelle, hope the all malignant cells were removed. You need to make a big floppy hat--quilted of course to protect that pretty skin.
It's wonderful that carrie and dublb were able to accomplish so much on their retreats. Yeah!
And GGal has a new project--looking forward to seeing it's progress! I hate the time change, too. Not a morning person and the change amplifies it!
DH's back is improving. Therapy is helping. Exercises he was given are similar to what he has been doing on his own--just needs to do more. So milk maid is temporarily off duty! Now to get back to some UFO's and WIP's. DIL still has my camera and will take pics when I get it back. Here's the two table toppers I did for an FFA fundraiser. This is for the kids going to International Dairy Judging contest in Scotland this summer. Three of the four participants own Guernseys. BBs have fabric from these two. They do lay flat. Note to self don't use cushy ottoman as a picture backdrop!

Great table runners, OK. I love that burgandy fabric that looks like it has feathers on it. And your cousin's Pinaeapple quilt is to die for--love it. I have to go to the store to get milk---MUCH easier than being a milkmaid LOL.
