Sue, I'm green with envy! Beautiful !!!!!!

Latest update on the twins: Isa is ready to go home. Bram isn't. He still needs oxygen. Starting Monday they will try and lower it again, last time earlier this week it didn't work out well. So he might go home with oxygen. My DDIL is not too happy about that, neither is my DS. In a week there will be another meeting with the doctors. Isa will stay in hospital as long as possible because they don't want to separate the twins.
QNS, the lastest pictures I posted are from last Sunday. I don't have new ones. As soon as I have new pics, I will post them here.

QNS - What wonderful photos of you flowers. Just lovely!

ServPro - the clean up company has almost finished all of their work. They will use a solution and steam clean the area that had the bacteria, then use dehumidifiers (again!) for a day or so to dry it up. The testing company will be here on Friday to retest for the mold, asbestos and bacteria, and if all is clear we can get a contractor in to repair all the drywall that was removed. I have another company coming in to give me a design and price for new cabinets. I'm still not sure what Homesite (the homeowners company) will be giving us to replace the cabinets. The Home Depot lady told me that it took about three weeks to order the cabinets. We are going on our camping trip with our group Saturday (if Joe gets the ok from our Dr). We thought we would leave a couple days before our group meets on Monday to enjoy some time away. Then when we get back we will get going with a contractor and order the cabinets.

It's all in the timing, whether little ones go home or getting a home makeover! Beautiful flowers remain the same though. Thanks for the eye candy QNS! Bleeding hearts on the protected SE corner of the house are about a foot tall; peonies just peaking their ruby leaves through.
Was discouraged this am as my day didn't start out like I planned--rain was/is in the forecast so wanted to get more garden work done. Instead this morning spent running errands for DH; then watching 2 little ones outside and not getting anything done. Finally was able to get all the work planned and then some. Today's plantings include 18 asparagus seedlings that I planted indoors earlier. And still no rain--for a change of pace I hopped into the Case with the disc behind it and took care of all the dandelions coming up in a 5 A field north of the house. It will be Friday before the sun shines again and more than likely too wet to disc. DH and I have a 8 hour road trip on Friday and believe me no FART in sight! Think we will be taking 2 1/2 yo GS to get him out of M&D's hair while they finish up chores. Going to play in my sewing space tonight. Have a good one.

Just sprinkles here, no rain. Every time I see that trip to the mail box, I pull a few more weeds, but they are still there, the next time I look at those pictures. Yes, there is a lot of horse mature in that Railroad tie bed; but the neighbor decided he wanted to keep all that HM, so be it. Haven't been outside long enough to pull weeds 'cause of allergies. That is my story and I am sticking to it. Bleeding hearts will continue to grow and bloom to mid summer or a little more...ending up about four or five feet high. Yes, the peonies have buds... usually in bloom for Memorial Day.

Completely cut out all the Mountain Mist (Six half yards ... Irish Mist pattern) for dh; earthly colored fabrics. Took me most of two days to do that. Bagged and labeled each, from A through F in the instructions and all the background fabric. Did not do the borders yet. Incorporated in some of the "Springtime in the Rockies" fabric sent to me.

We have a "back up contract."Someone tried ta buy it in April but that fell through. They haven't received their security deposit yet & untill they do it is still "under contract." Our contract will go inta effect as soon as they git their $$ back. (No one else can try ta make a contract ahead o' us either.) I'm gonna post the link anyway.
