That is a beautiful picture(s) of the SEW GRANDS. Mick is the one with his index finger in his mouth; bad habit for him to get into. Our ds did that; affected his teeth and thumb joint where he sucked on it from nervous habit. Did not realize how nervous he really was in early childhood...that has affected him somewhat his whole life. He has still advanced in his career choice and makes his own living and owns his own house...and car...so has not harmed him too much...we hope. And if Honchey's picture is worth a 1000 words, we will multiply by 3 for your dgchildrens picture.

Is it natural to want better things in our children's life and dgkids than what we had or have? I would like to think it is. New life gives us hope for the future, and future generations.

Honchey, you look like an experienced dgm in the birthday party event. Memory's to treasure for both of you..well done. A picture worth a 1000 words there, so double that for two dgs.

The young child of today grows up all too soon; those precious moments last a lifetime in our minds. Enjoy. Celebrate the day.

No QNS, don't make it an UFO. It's too beautiful not to finish!

Strange, the light makes it look yellow, when its a white background with gold specks; blues and greens seem to photo more true to their colors. It will be finished someday...now, or later....Going to get the second one to this stage...now that I have learned about the foot petal, the new machine and I are getting along, and I do not have to holler"Whoa!"

Only thing slowing me down now is eye sight. Fuzzy, blurry so its slow going.

Anael I love #8 Pieced Flowers very different, can't wait to see the finished quilt, and what a beautiful family photo of the three Sewgrands, just precious.

QNS keep working on Tahiti Mist it is striking and can't be put away and forgotten, must be finished, it is going to be a beautiful quilt. Will you have your longarmer quilt it for you?

Don't know yet, Mirabelle. Will see what the future brings. Next two weeks are going to be *HOT* here until Labor Day weekend. that might be enough time to almost complete the two tops, then decide the next step. In Texas, they do the two-step; here, its one step at a time. LOL.
