You are so fortunate, Anael! What beautiful babies. Thanks for sharing all of those heart-stopping moments when we could cry and pray with you!

Look what the postie just delivered, a beautiful block from Carriem, thank you so much it is beautiful, I love it
Took a pic of all of them together and don't they play nice together. I'm a happy little camper...

Honchey such a cute machine I am sure you will have fun with it.

QuiltE I don't think anyone answered you regarding the IDT on the Pfaff, can't remember what it means and too lazy to look up my book but it is the built in walking foot feature. Great job on piecing your backing fabric

Anael such a beautiful photo of you and Bram and Isa, so precious

NinaSue you are young at heart

Have to run lots to do today and it is hot already,

Now that I have gotten off my patootie, QuiltE the IDT stands for Integrated Dual Feed, according to my manual it feeds the fabric from the top and bottom at the same time. The IDT keeps all layers of quilt projects aligned to prevent shifting of the top layers. phew

Now that my men have left me alone I can get on with some interesting stuff, like sewing DS was over and needed some help and DH, well he was just being a pain

Carriem I forgot to thank you for the extra fabric you included, so sweet of you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My Baby Lock Quest has a PDQ (Precision Dual Feed Quilting) lever, I think that is the same as your IDT. I really love it, you never need a walking foot, as this does it for you. I disengage it for PP'ing, but us it for everything else.

Janome's version of the built in walking foot is called "acu-feed"...it is a great feature.

Thanks for the warnings and encouragement not to over-do it...I really am trying to be good.

Anael--cute picture of you and the grands.

Honchey--hope that you can travel this week! We are getting lots of snow tonight here in the mid-west.

Mirabelle--I am so happy you like your block and the extras. I thought since they were in your colors you might be able to use them some how.

DH & I walked at lunch. He wouldn't wake me up in th'mornin's ta do it. His foot is well (at least he's lead me ta think so.) I think he just didn't want me out in the cold 'cause o' my asthma. I asked him about lunch & he agreed. Gosh his stride is loooong. LOL It is always hard shen se first start walkin'.
I've been workin' on those dot (ie cancer) blocks taday.
Mirabelle- I just love how your blocks are comin' tagether.
Oh Anael! Just look at those babies & how they have grown! Thanks for the picts!

CarrieM ... Patience! I am sure you are working hard on your goal right ... to allow your "wing" to heal!

Honchey ... More patience!! Here's hoping the weather threats don't become a reality ... at least til after you are safely in the south.

QNSue ... You will have read already on the DJ thread that the same group are starting a new DJ thread. Because of that I was not allowed to start one, even though different in concept. Yes, you will see two seams in that photo ... I was able to, when I zoomed in on the view.

Anael ... oh such a sweet pic of the SewGrands and their Grandma! Look at Isa giggling away with you and Bram has that mischievous boy look. Is your sweater, one you have knit ... really love the colour!

MiraB ... My goodness, what a beautiful set of blocks! Is your head overflowing with ideas as to what to do with them? Or have you already made that decision?

JeanieG, CarrieM and MiraB ... Sounds like the IDT, PDF and AccuFeed are all much the same as Bernina's Dual Feed. How many ways can you say the same thing? I use it all the time, even for PPing.

CarrieM ... perfect choice for MiraB's MB

DublB ... pardon me, but you have me visualizing you running to keep pace with your husband! How much height difference is there between the two of you?

No sewing today because I was WORKing.
No sewing tonight because of too many other things!

Tomorrow ... there just might be some happening here!

MiraB ... forgot to thank you about your comment re the seams. It wasn't quite so difficult as I thought it would be ... just a slow tedious process! I am quite pleased and have spent some time and got those two pencil lines out of the way now, too!
