Hello ladies, I love all of your blocks. They look great. I am looking forward to seeing the finished quilts.

My favorite morning of the week. Great job ladies-I love all the fabric you're using and the clever ways you use it. Here are mine. I "cheated" on Bright Hopes ("I shot the sherriff....Eric Clapton). Hate applique, glad this is the only one.

Your blocks sure tell a story. The Bird's Eye reminds me of the nursery rhyme Four and Twenty Blackbirds Baked in a Pie.

Love your bird's eye, too. Clever how you did that.

I didn't even see the cow umtl someone mentioned them. I bet there were more of them in a dairy barn than on the range. Love the birds.

Honchey - Love the horses with out fences, & such cut little black birds. Your applique looks great to me!
JanieW - There's that cute little fellow again! (Or should I say feller?) Darlin' little ducks. I love blue & yellow together.
QuiltE - Your FC is getting so much better! You got at least 1 cow 'looking' at us, (such a darlin' bunch of cows too,) & those birds are great, each one perfectly centered!

Here's my Bright Hopes.

I like playing with stripes, not perfect but fun.
I'll do my birds Eye later in the week.
Your stripes match real good...like one piece of cloth.

You made some nice blocks ladies! I think we're doing well on fuzzy cutting! Here are mine.
Your little boy is so cute too and you've really nailed the fussy cutting. BTW, I saw your post about quilting, it was beautiful. And you said you haven't been quilting that long. Great job!

Thank you gardnergal! I started quilting about 2 years ago, a year and a half ago I took a class on FMQ because I was too scared to start on my own. I've been meandering ever since LOL with swirls, leaves, flowers or stars. Now I'm learning free hand feathers but that will take me a while!
