Here's mine, I know it's technically Feb 1st but I logged enough time with a seam ripper that I'm counting it! I decided that each month I'm picking a different color so all the fabrics will be out of that color. This month was pink because it happened to be a piece of fabric in my stash I was working with already. I encountered some operator errors along the way and I think it needs some relax time and blocking but overall, I was pretty pleased. I'd never done "Y" seams before so I did a lot of reading before hand. Without further ado:

I had it all planned out I was going to have it done on the 31st then ended up sewing the four squares together in the wrong order! I liked it but it was wrong to time to rip, and fix it latter!

After repressing and making sure I had the blacks where I wanted them time to resew.

Placement of the colors sure make a difference. The only thing I changed was the rotation of the four blocks.
Thank you for learning a new technique. Y seams are not as scarey as they were.

Dedemac, Wow, I really like the green- and green is not usually in the top of my choices. May have to consider this block in green for another project I'm working on.
Great job. Like Sulabug said, isn't it amazing how rearranging it can make such a difference
