I love to appliqué but this whole block has me a bit confused. Hope I get an Ahhh Moment soon.

Don't worry about this. It will all open up and become clearer as we work together through the book. Relax and have fun. We will all compare notes and techniques, and those who do "get it" can tutor those who "don't get it."

I have made her blocks before...it is much easier if you print your templates on regular copy paper and then iron onto the freezer paper..it is to make it more sturdy
