I found a much better picture of our red headed yorkie. His name is Ragg Mopp. Can you tell I am just playing tonight?

Very cute. I quite like Yorkies though I haven't had one.

I posted on the House BOM and was a bit shocked when the pic came up so huge so I will post a pic of my other girl, Remy, a Manchester, here and see if I can reduce it a bit more.

O.K. that pic was 360 x 511 and could probably go a bit smaller.

What a great picture! You have quite a variety of breeds! We have had several yorkies and several dobies through the years so, we like variety, too. We took all three of our babies with us to the coast in Oct. and they loved it and were so good. . . . . .but, it was worse than taking children! They are so dependent on you than my DH and I hardly got to relax! But, what would we do without them now that we know them!

Couldn't live without them! I have always had dogs, birds and fish and an occasional cat. I'm known as the animal lady in the family and at work.

The above pic of Remy was taken at Obedience Class when the dog food company that sponsors us was looking for a new face for their label. They haven't changed their label yet so I don't know if she was one of the ones picked.

Here's a group pic of the class. Mop and Remy are together.

Love the picture of all of the dogs from the obedience class! What a tribute to the teacher for them all to be able to have their picture taken like that!

How are the grands? I got to see two of our six this last trip. They are 18 and 13. Don't blink or that will happen with yours!

Did I mention I made a quilt for a friend? She was given a kit of a semi-primitive showman and she doesn't quilt (yet). I offered to make it and my goal was by Thanksgiving so she could enjoy it for this Christmas. It took me 2 months and it was so fun to do. It is from Red Rooster fabrics and I love their fabrics.

My grands are doing just beautifully thank you. One is 4 months and the other is now 4 weeks. Both growing fast but hopefully not too fast.

Do you have a pic of the quilt you made for your friend? Is she interested in becoming a quilter?

Yes, Gina and I have plans to get together next Thursday to begin quilting classes! She has sewn before so we are not starting from scratch!

Here is a picture of a picture of the quilt kit! I really loved the fabric in the kit. I loved the feel and drape of the cotton.

That looks lovely jt. It will be great fun to have someone to sew with.

No-one in my family is into quilting. I did get a work colleague interested in quilting but she has moved to another job and is working longer hours and her free time does not very often co-incide with mine unfortunately.

Perhaps now my DD and DIL are home with babies they may become more interested once they have settled into a routine and have a little more time to themselves.

My sil quilts and we love to talk about quilting but we don't quilt together. She is a night person and I am a day person! My mom began quilting about the same time I did. We lived apart for many years and just talked quilts. Then 3 years ago I moved near her and Dad after Mom had a bit of a stroke. Together we completed two quilts Mom had started for family members. Then Mom decided it was time to stop and sil and I helped her clean out her stash. I have several away friends who quilt that we compare notes. Since moving here I now have new quilting friends and am just now becoming aware of several others who are interested. There is just something about quilting that just wants to be shared with others!

It would be a wonderful thing if your DD and DIL slowly developed a desire to quilt. I have two daughters who live one and two days away. They both like cross stitch and knitting and crochet....no quilting yet.
