I just finished 22 yesterday. It took me all day. I can't imagine how some can get these done in a couple of hours. How do you do it???

I had to press the major seams open to get them to lay flat.

Yes #22 took me forever to do too. I ended up drafting it in Quilt Assistant and paper piecing it. It still took 12 pieces.

Now is the time for 21 Contrary wife and 22 Corn and beans...I had problems with putting a contrary wife in my quilt 'cause being Irish heritage I refuse admit to being contrary. So pardons to the author, I changed it to "Contrary husband"; that he is...has been for almost 45 years and still going strong. Sorry, it is sideways "wild thymes" is right on and corn & beans is missing for now; so I will add it later.

I enjoyed looking at everyone's photos..but how can i find the original blocks 1-up until what you have now?

I'm having a lot of fun with these- I'm up to 56 now, getting about 6-7 done a day. Then my back starts to hurt and I have to stop!

Thanks! Everyone's are lovely - I'm loving the different color schemes, seeing some ideas that are new to me for combinations.

Scrapped my original Corn & Beans and went with the fave yellow, green and white. Also did next week's and a 4H block to boot. Good times.

pookie ookie (love that name) - I'm drawn to the colors in the Contrary Wife - the turquoise with the red is really neat!

Thank you. That's one of my fave color combos in a two color or three color (with white) quilt. Reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen.

My #21 & #22 I've had them done for awhile, but I am just finishing up packing for new house. Corn and Beans was a pain.............Working on a 3rd one of that. The 1st one PP,was 1/8th to small and the 2nd one rotary cut and is wonky lookin'. So I am prayin for 3rd one being a charm.
