Rosyf, I love the yellow & purple fabric-so appropriate for this quilt. Well done.

Anael, you never disappoint-beautiful block, soft & romantic.
I pray for peace today and hope I don't have to tomorrow.

Oh no Rosy, I won't be first. I started a new quilt today. The design is called Ode to the 1930's but my quilt will be called Ode to my mom. She was born in 1924 and I'm sure she would have loved it. She died 14 years ago and I still miss her very much

My piecing skills need a lot of improvement. It shows I'm used to PP!

Thanks Rosy and Jan for the compliments! Jan, I'm trying a different approach now, no white as background and no bright colors.

Thank you Rosy! It's not a book, it's a pattern from From my heart to your hands, designed by Lori Smith.

    Your third block is lovely!

Thanks Anael, I found it and I also found another 30 ties.

I might consider making 30ties to 40ties quilts until I run out of Aunt Gracie...

All the blocks are so pretty...I'm always behind....Here's my first block...I'm only using the two fabrics shown in this block...I have too many different 30"s to pick from and I'm not going to drive myself crazy trying to decide which to use....
