Normally you don't have to sign up and you don't have to sign up now if you prefer not.

But I was asked if I could notify everyone when I get the quilt block posted each Fri. So I thought of doing an activity page as I can send out notifications that way.

    So the Rules Are:

1 Work on the Quilt Block I post
    2 Have FUN!

I STONGLY urge you to post pictures of your progress as well as the finished quilt block.
If you can't post them but can send them to me in an email I will post them for you.

We all love to see the progress from choosing the fabrics to making the Blocks to sewing the rows together into the final quilt block!! So please try to share your progress if you can!!

There is no time limit just because you sign up. The sign up is simply so I can send you all messages.

So work at your own speed when and if you have the time. No pressure what so ever!! I just want you all to have fun and share the journey!!

So here is the link to the activity page!

And here is the link to the Sampler thread:

    Thanks!! Rhonda

Everyone is welcome to pick and choose which quilt blocks you like and put them into any layout you want to. There are no rules just sharing my designs and my cut down method to inspire you to create a unique quilt.

Everyone is welcome to share ideas on putting these into quilts.

Each week will be a new quilt block designed by me and there will be directions for making the "Block" used in that quilt block.

Follow the link to the Sampler Quilt Along and you will see the first quilt block and the layout. There is a link for the directions for making the "Block"

Rhonda I would like to sign up. I guess I need a 2.5" template. Is this a doll quilt or full size?

efayard and smcfadden you are on the list.

You can check the activity page if you like. The link is above.

Gelswood yes you need the template. This is a sampler you can make anyway you want to. If you want to make it a small mini you can or you can make it 12 1/2" or even larger if you like.

I send out the pkg of templates and they are differant sizes. Just choose the size you want to use.

    1 1/2" template will make a 6 1/2" quilt block
    2 1/2" template will make a 12 1/2" quilt block
    3 1/2" template will make a 18 1/2" quilt block

These sizes are in the free templates I send out.

You can use a 4" or 5" if you like. You will just get a larger quilt block. You would just have to use larger pieces of fabric than most would use.

    It's all up to you.
