Thanks, Smiles, I will be there for sure and look you up!

Judy I know about the long beach show, I went last year and was totally amazed at the amount of quilters. I loved some of the art work quilts, but my favorite will always be a traditional quilt. And the things you could buy! I was blown away by some of the wonderful tools people create to make quilting easier!

I missed the Road to California show this year in Ontario, I had to go to Oregon for a few weeks and got back just too darn tired to leave the house!

On a funny note there was an advertisement in the local paper a few years back for a quilt show in Laguna Niguel, we drove down to it and it was essentially 5 quilts hanging on a wall in a senior center. So now when I find a show I do a little more research. With gas $4.50 now, it is an investment to travel anywhere.

We have a nice quilt show here in the Mtns in the Fall in Blue Jay, some really beautiful quilts are displayed, as well it is beautiful up here in the fall.

Wow the Glendale quilt show sounds wonderful. I make keepsake quilts out of recycled clothing. Tee shirt quilts, quilts out of baby clothes, and memory quilts out of clothing from a loved one. Now I am truly excited about going. I wish I lived a bit closer I would love to be in your guild.

Judy, As much as I enjoy chatter, could you possibly post the March 19th instructions, out of the thread. It takes forever to find. TY! Dotty

So I'm confused by the suggested change for this fabric choice order...I thought it didn't matter what order we used? I'll go re-read the posts....I don't want to start wrong....

I see several of us have the same tastes. I have all of those fabrics except F.

I'm still thinking about doing this one. I'll have to check my stash to see if anything "strikes" me for this.

SheriR i am 98% sure that suggestion by PaintmeJudy was specific to Yosamitesa and her fabrics
