It's easy. Go to page 1 for fabric and yardage amounts, pick whatever you want to sew. Then about page 31 you'll get the next step, making the blocks, and then on the 19th another step will be posted. If you want a bigger "quilt" you just make 2,4,6,whatever. Hope this helps you

sew diva, welcome. This is such a great group. You will enjoy the train and all the fun we are having. Meet you in the club car as soon as you are settled. (first instructions on first thread - next ones are 312 and 313 I think)

Either once a week or every two weeks works for me. What I really like is the idea of a short project.....just four steps with the option of ex..pan...sion.

Okay my 2 cents worth! Either a lot of you have too much time on your hands or you are not involved in 20 other groups doing swaps; mysteries etc! lol Well I've finally reduced the number of my groups or swaps down to 2-3 so I'm good! lol

When clues are spaced I can clean my house every now and then which hubby appreciates. Don't have to do much cooking
as our church is on 21 day fasting and prayer. I can sew and pray at the same time!

Ya'll are all so much fun! I'm enjoying all the banter!

Hugs,
Cajun

I LOVE trains!! I LOVE mysteries!!! I LOVE QUILTING!!!!!!!! (my hubby thinks I am obsessed with quilting! Not so; I just love to sew; I'm passionate about it.

(Besides housecleaning is way overrated! He does get happy when I do housework or something else besides sewing!!) With all my other projects, once a week might be a bit fast for me, but I can always save the steps and do at my own rate.

Speaking of UFO's, check out my blog--I just posted about my newest finishes. Yeah! I'm so excited I finished 3! (I'm on a mission to complete as many as I can this year!)

It totally agree white pine. What makes this so doable is the size of this project......and the size of the pieces. Too many pieces takes a lot of time. If the pieces are tiny, then you definitely need more time to complete it.

they had a fun time in traffic Jeanie.......the show is actually at the Mariott right across the street from the Burbank/Bob Hope airport but her flight connections required LAX.

I think she bloged about what a beautiful day it is here today and the blossomes on the lemon trees
