I have been staying at the soudersburg motel for years.. just google it, ask for the newer section when calling. coupons are available for off season rates too. Its not a sheraton but i find it reasonable and clean in the new section..it is about 20 mins to the show in lancaster and maybe 5 min to the Host..
hotwire.com,type in a general area and it will show google maps with motels and then a list of prices and star ratings ,I use the customer reveiws even with a 2 star puts you in a comfort inn or big chain that is just trying to fill rooms at the last minute ,I have used it twice going to Philly ,just stayed at a extended stay for 2 nights for 158.00,tax included just a couple weeks ago for the Philly flower show,and that wasnt picking the lowest price
