    I made this with a fat quarter bundle I got a long time ago. It is by Nancy Gere from Windham, and it was designed in honor of the World's Columbian Exposition which officially opened in Chicago in 1892 celebrating the 400th anniversary of Columbus's voyage to the Americas. Unofficially, it was known as the Chicago World's Fair, and visitors flocked to see the wonders.
