There are many ways to make a fabric Post Card. I am sharing my way of making a fabric postcard. You can get lots of info on making a fabric postcard on Google and Pinterest. (I love Pinterest.)
I started a project of making Alphabet/Color Postcards for my 2 year old grandson. Fun mail from Granny. So far, I am up to the letter I. I use all types of embellishments for texture and interest. I am even using crayons and fabric markers as well.
I also am involved in exchanging
I've always struggled with my weight as an adult. And when my children were young, my highest weight ever was 179 1/2 lbs. I've tried diets that worked. But, revolved around supplements and some pre-packaged food. I know that I didn't want to go that route again. It worked and didn't work. I lost weight and then of course when I met my goals, and stopped the diet, I gained all the weight back and then some.
Last year, I had an accident and cut my hand pretty badly and had to go to

Step 1, if you click on your name, Click user settings.
Step 2, you will see all your personal Information. Look up and click on the tab that says Albums.
Step 3, scroll down toward the bottom
Today was another pretty good quilty day. I finished my June Hello Sun BOM. Yep, another WIP, DONE. Now, I can't wait to see what the block is for July. I wonder what the finishing will be?
I finished cutting my background squares and some batting for my Halloween Crazy Quilt.
I worked on cutting my fabric for my July doll quilt. And, that is going very well. I'm hoping to get a jump on starting to piece my little DQ before the end of the month of June.
Was a pretty good quilty day. I finished my June Doll Quilt. Thats right, done! Quilted, done! Binding, done! Label, done! So, now when I go to the post office this week I will be mailing my doll quilt and needlebook.
And, I decided what I want to do for my July doll quilt. I'm pretty sure...positive actually...that I'm going to play with my NEW ish twister tool. And, of course, Red/White/Blue. So, I'm going to check my scrap bin first. But, I have lots of Patriot fabric to use.
It's been awhile since I've blogged. I think it's time for a re-cap. My last few blog entries have been about a fabric moratorium and finishing up UFO's, WIP's or whatever you want to call them.
The fabric moratorium....well, it has gone pretty well. But, I can't say I haven't bought any fabric. And, I did buy fabric I didn't really need. I HAVE policed my purchases much closer. And, I do intend to continue in this frame of mind. So, not a complete WIN or a complete BUST.
