What if the hanger was part of the binding? That is, on the top binding use the open end method and include a pretty hanger right into the binding

And how to make a binding that can double as a hanging sleeve for small wall hangings. I know I have another version of this technique somewhere, but where or where is it? The miter ends are open and the small rod goes through the top binding? Should be able to figure that out. Anyway, here's the other.

Use 100% cotton, usually tone on tone or otherwise some lighter color. Though darker fabrics and lighter print colors can used if desired. Personally, I prefer the lighter background fabric and either black, brown, or colored ink.

Somehow, I always lose track before they are finished. Then I look at the fabric, say "what was that for?", and cut it for some new idea that I have. Not to get too OC about it, but it would be nice to track the ideas.
Dunsters' diamond log cabin, in soft greens and creams, to go on our bed in Florida. Measurements are fine, maybe add a 4" border so it reaches the mattress bottom.
Finish the ALS sunflower quilt in honor of Grandma. Still need to do them
