    the cottage is done, I have water, elec, lights, air, heat, outlets for iron, hair dryer, washer, spin dryer, music on CD player, fan, every thing I could want or need. I find now I spend some time in the cottage every day, either dyeing or painting fabric. Sat. the twins and I spent time painting their fabric for there dragon quilts. Sun.     Well I think I told ya in one of last posts that I found a great deal on a white signer FW, I bought it, but the seller sent me a E and asked for more money than the buy it now price posted, after I had paid for it!! Well what a rip off, no way, so money was returned.   3. dyeing for 2 days

    well finally got to do some dyeing, did a blue gradation and then on day 2 did a purple gradation, my little cottage is so cozy, so nice to have my special space to work in to do my dyeing and fabric painting. Want to dye up enough fabrics for a log cabin quilt, so will be doing many colors over the next few weeks. Yes weeks, that even 9 years ago would have taken just a very few days. Even with the washer and spin dryer it is so hard on my hands, ah old age LOL but still so much fun, I do love ...

    went out to my dye cottage first thing this morning, to find the perfect place for each thing, my dye books are on shelves under the dormer windows, paints all in one cupboard, dyes in another, iron hot blow dryer in a cupboard. one gal size buckets on top shelf under counter, and the 5 gal size on bottom shelf under counter. I have 2 plastic drawers, one for PFD fabric and one for odds and ends. Table in front of front windows with 2 chairs. It is the perfect size for me to do all my fabric painting ...

    Well it is finished!! my cottage is ready to work in! Only a couple of places where I should paint, but not to worry, I have moved in, washer, dryer, heater, dyes, paints, buckets, both 25 one gal. ones and 4, 5 gal. table and 2 chairs, a small CD player so I can have music. My dye books, and my tools. All moved in! The only thing I can't move in is my PFD fabric, I have 6 bolts of 60" wide, 25 yd bolts, will cut Pieces in my studio and take out as needed.
