I'm looking for a pattern that will use nothing but madras plaids, probably in 6" squares. This will be a quilt for my 2 year old grandson and has been requested by my daughter. I really just need to know how much fabric to purchase of 4 - 5 different plaids. She will probably want a queen size quilt and I'm not experienced enough to wing it and just go buy fabric and start sewing. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
