I purchased a Animal Spirits Mixed Block panel to make a quilt. Blocke range in size from 3" x 3" to 7 1/4" x 6" . How do I figure out what size to make my blocks? I want to do a wall hanging or maybe a lap quilt.

The windows are 5 inch squares, the frames are 2 1/2 inches, the sashing in 2 inches , first border is 2 1/2 inches and the outside border is 3 1/2 inches (all measurement are cutting measurement). It measures 40 1/2 x 43 finished.
