Bernina keeps locking up?

I have an artista 200 that has hardly been used since the lady purchased it. It has been sewing wonderfully. Now it is wanting to lock up on me. It will not sew and the touch screen is not working unless I restart it often. I have checked to make sure it is pluged in all the way and the room is not cold. What could be wrong with my machine???

    try to rethread it and see if that works. If it doesn't you may have to put it in the shop to get it worked on. When was the last time you had it serviced. If you use it all the time, you should have it serviced every 2 years. If you use it every once in awhile, every 5 years. But try rethreading first and check your manual
