There is a plethora of patriot quilt blocks that tempt me. Wouldn't you know, I would love to make a block I found & it is an 11 1/2" and I need it to be 12 1/2.

I would love to be a mathematical genius but I'm not.
Is there anyone who can help? I appreciate it.

Side note, I tried both contact email addresses of the creators and both bounced back as undeliverable.

To go from an 11" block to 12" block you would set your printer on "enlarge 109%". To go from 12" to 13" you would set printer to "enlarge 118%". To get 12 1/2", I believe you split the difference (4 1/2%) and "enlarge 112 or 113%" (most printers don't do 1/2's or decimals). Try this. Hope this helps. I found a great conversion table on: www.thequiltedsnail.com/scale.html.

Yes, use 2 1/2 x 12 1/2 strips and 2 1/2" sqs. for nine patch should do it.
