As many may know, I am working on a CW (King). I honestly admit being it is so slow moving (doing completely by hand), I tend to lose my motivation. Most may stop and work on something else when this happens. Me, well.. I suppose I'm a bit OCD. I do have a few non-quilt related projects in my UFO closet. In the back of my mind, I'm like, "I so need to get these done before I move on to something new." Today, my plan is to have a fold/iron marathon for this CW. I'm hoping to get quite a bit done. I really don't understand how many can move so quickly with their quilts. I have even come across someone doing a CW who is just moving right along at lightening speed. Maybe it's because I'm new to quilting/sewing and my eyesight hinders me quite a bit.
I desperately need some "me" time. We have been going nonstop running errands every day for 3 weeks. I don't foresee it slowing down anytime soon. It has gotten to the point that I have gotten super irritable and cranky. Not a good thing when you have 4 boys still at home, 1 boy in college who is stressing, and a hubby that has been just as moody that I am with 24/7. Us being together all day is normally a good thing, just both been snappy here lately.
I am off to get out my ironing board and grab my things. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.
