Ten minute block, or faux cathedral window

A few weeks ago I was reading one of the stories on the board. I always look to see where people are from, and lo and behold there was a quilter in my neck of the woods. We only live about 30 minutes away from each other. We decided to meet after the holidays and on this past Wed we finally got together. What a fun day we had. Her sewing room is to die for, I told her she needs to post it. Last Tuesday I answered an add on Craigslist about a sewing machine, so I go to see the machine. It'a a babylock design pro in pristine condition, still had the little plastic bag with design pro on it with the attachments in it. Had the manual to. She sold it to me for $40.00. It sews like a dream. I was without a machine so this was an awesome find. It's a 2009. Well, when you do good you get good! I sold all of my other crafts to make room for my new passion and I got enough to finish buying what I needed to start quilting, plus I have money left! So needless to say it has been an awesome week.
