Edit: I tried to reach my "user control panel" by clicking on the hyperlink at the above link, and it took me to "settings", which isn't where the "Album" feature is. Instead, you'll find it by clicking on the "My Profile" link up on top of the page, then looking for it on the left hand column. Just click "create
