In just a few minutes we'll be splitting wood and I have tosay I'd much rather be quilting! I hate it when I'm "on a roll" with a project and life's chores get in the way. Hoepfully we'll get done early and I can begin quilting again.
I really want to sew, but I just can't get myself to walk into the sewing room and get busy. This is really strange because I love to sew and quilt. I'm guessing that I'm still on a "wind down" from last week's Girls' Night Out/Bras for a Cause. I think I'll go to sleep early tonight and get an early start tomorrow.
I have to see a hospice patient at 9:30 and then another one at 1:30, but I have nothing in between. I think I'll "schedule" myself some quilting time.
The past two weeks have been very hectic! The Bras for a Cause/Girls' Night Out took a lot of time and energy but since the event was Wednesday (and it was wonderful), things are slowing down a bit. I have just a couple of things to finish up for that (thank you notes, final delivery of some silent auction items, etc.) and then I hope to get back to quilting.
