Middle of quilt puckers after putting on borders which lay flat

I am doing a log cabin pattern (which is suppose to be forgiving) and I have added the borders and they all lay flat but the middle but some of my blocks pucker - what do I do??? Thanks

    I think I need to clarify this a bit. My top was flat when I put on the borders and now some of the blocks pucker but my borders lay flat. I tried to add a photo but can not get the image to change to computer from URL. If someone thinks they might be able to help me please post and I will email you the pictures. Thank you.

    I took off all my borders and the blocks still pucker any suggestions or comments at all? Does this mean I need to take all of my blocks apart and start over from the beginning? Thanks
