I can't say enough good about Nolting's customer service. Yesterday as Kevin was attempting to change out the needle in the FunQuilter, the head of the screw holding the shaft completely snapped off (due to too much force used by said quilter!). Anyway, we took the machine up to Hiawatha today, and their customer service is second to none. Dan Novak is the head wrench in the shop. He and his crew all were extremely helpful and fast....they had the machine ready to go home in no time.

So...if you are ever in the market for a longarm quilting machine, do keep in mind where you would go if you ever had a problem with. We're lucky that the Nolting shop is only about 40 minutes away from us, but I know they are just as helpful over the phone too (been down that road before as well!).
