I have done some dumb things in my life but today was just one of those days! I went to back out at Walmart and had a large vehicle beside us. As I backed out slowly we heard a thud! My DH said you hit someone! I pulled back into the parking spot quickly. I had backed into a small black car that I hadn't even seen! We bought a new 2012 Grand Caravan van in Feb. I am so glad to have a quiet house again. I was supposed to have this last weekend without any grands but due to my SIL's dad passing away I ended up with Zach for 4 days instead. I love him dearly but he talks nonstop. He replays all his favorite episodes of Wiggles or other shows by repeating all the lines of each show with all the inflexions and physical actions. Boy is it HOT! and it's only the first of April! I can not believe the weather this year! I'm not much of an outdoor person anymore. Used to love to go fishing but we just don't go much. My SIL's dad died this afternoon. When Ben married my DD Sara his parents became a part of our family too. Well we have now put 600 miles on our new van so I guess I am getting used to it! LOL It has a running board that hits my shin every time I get in or out of it. It is so annoying! The last van I kept hitting my head on the door frame and this one gets my leg! If I remember to step over getting in I do ok and I have figured out if I scoot forward and put my rt foot on the running board I can get over the running board without hitting my leg but I forget more often than not!
