  Quilting on the Beach by Quilt Passions, Kona, Hawaii

  A bus trip on Sat. Feb. 2 will take visitors to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Waimea, a visit to a Kona Coffee Plantation, a Macadamia nut farm and a special luncheon. Around the island bus on Sat. Feb. 9 will stop at all the island quilt shops. This will be the 5th annual shop-hop bus excursion. 4th annual Quilting on the Beach retreat will include national quilting instructors Melinda Bula and Barbara Bieraugel along with local favorites.
