The Lowell Pine Needlers put on this annual show in the Lowell Grange Hall in Lowell, Oregon. This year will be the 9th annual. Each year we make a raffle quilt and all the proceeds to towards the community of Lowell. Last year we donated to the Lowell Food Pantry, Firehall, Library, Schools, and Blackberry Jam Festival.
