I posted here before about all of the hail damage from SOFTBALL size hail that we got on Easter Sunday. One of the victims was our above ground pool. So today was the day to put in the new liner. Sounds like a few hours of work right? Ha! Not so. We started at 8:00 and just finished at 20 till 5. Still running the water (can't wait to get this bill) now for 6 hours. About one more foot of water and it will be full.

Tired, hungry and dirty, but need to sit for a few just to re-gather before the shower.

Oh, and did I mention that it was 97 and we were in the sun all day?

Well it may not get into the 100's a lot, but believe me, Ky. can get pretty hot too. Where in KY is she going?

Lexington, she will be the new electronics librarian for UK law library. (Boy, times have changed, haven't they, when they need an electronics librarian!!)

The day we moved her into her apartment in Austin it was 105 degrees. Too hot for me too! LOL :)

Softball size hail, which is not round and perfectly smooth came down at a bit of an angle. Went clear through the winter cover and damaged the liner. The cover looked like giant swiss cheese! Got lots of the top rail in a bunch of places and put a hole in the skimmer. Needed a new skimmer too!

    What a storm!!!!!
