CHIGGERS!!!! Oh my gosh I am about to itch to death. I have them all over my legs & now they are going to my hind end & to my ....... I never even tinkled in the woods.
My hubbie was with me & he has NOTHING!!!. They all got on me. I am so ticked. We were gathering flat rock at my daughters farm & I never even gave those darn things a thought. We weren't in high weeds.
I have been putting bleach on them. It helps for a little while then they start to itch again. Some one told me to use clear fingernail polish on them. Heck, I would have to have quite a few bottles. I would need a paint brush to paint all that I have.
Now I am getting them on my stomach.
When will it end. Hope I can sleep tonight. Neighbor told me to take benedrill for the itching. We live out in the country & would have to make a special trip to town, I have to go to town in morn so think I will get some.
Has anyone else had them & what did you do to get rid of them?
Help!!!!! Donna, The Rustic Quilter

I've taken a bath in baking soda before when I had a lot of bites. The Benedryl will help.

Swan's Anti-itch lotion works well with my family. You can get it just about anywhere.

Hubster got them once. You can get an ointment called chigger-ex. It works. Even works on yellow fly or fire ant bites. Good luck!! At least his never migrated over his body!
