I am in the middle of making one of those clothesline baskets he showed how to make and I have a question. Can you make them too big? I'll try to post pics a little later but I have a nice sized bottom and am trying to make the sides come up and it is not working as I thought. Is there a trick to it?

Thanks! That does help but I think I bit off more than I can chew so to speak. It's hard to hold/move the left hand holding such a large disk. I'll keep at it and see what happens. Maybe the sides just aren't gong to be steep but more slopey if that's a word :)

YEAH! That's what I can make. The bowls don't turn my crank but I like the idea of making hotpads! Brilliant my dear, just brilliant!

That might be where I'm going also :) My smaller ones turned out awesome tho and I just love them. Wrapping clothesline is great in front of the tv at night in the semi dark ;)
