Default $84 for a toddler dress? NOT!

We saw a similar dress in an upscale baby store for $84, plus more for bloomers and headband. I found the same main fabric, and some similar coordinates, and made this one. I think it turned out pretty cute, and girly girl DGD loves it.

Your DGD is adorable. And so is the dress. Bet you didn't pay 1/4 for the cost of making your DGD's dress $85.00 is what my DGD paid for her prom dress. I was impressed.

Sew cute! $84 seems like a lot but if you added up the cost of material and paid yourself for the time spent sewing, I am sure it would be pretty close.

She and the dress are so adorable. It is crazy what they charge for things. So little fabric goes into the kids clothes. I love your fabric display in the background too. So pretty!
