Unbelievable! It was a 104 degrees here yesterday, and they are expecting the same today! And its just mid June!
All I can say is, this is a great time to stay in a coooool house and quilt away!

It's not that hot here but That sounds like a good idea! I love to be able to sit and just quilt and nothing get in the way.

Hey, it was 106 in Vegas last week (I was there) but it's a dry heat! Oklahoma with the wind blowing is like a blast furnace.

We have been having the same thing every day since the first of June. Some of our temps have even been higher. Plus we have been having frequent "pop up"storms with high winds, down pours of rain, which just adds to the humidity.

We had 91 degrees + the last couple of days and for two nights in a row we had severe stormes with 70-80 mile an hour winds, hail and all. Two nights in a row! What is going on?
