I am wondering if anyone here has tried the 17 day diet or know anything about it. I hate to spend the money on the book until I know more about it. I need to shed a few pounds

I wish I knew too. I've heard about it and am too cheap to buy the book.

I don't but we are losing weight the old fashion way- eating less and exercising more!

Haven't heard of this one. I'm officially going on the Weight Watcher plan starting next Monday. I'm so tired of my "muffin-top" & tight pants (and not tight in a good way).

I am having trouble losing weight with my back problems because I can't do much exercise like I used to. I need a good quick start to motivate me to leave the not good foods alone! Isn't there an easy way? :(

Dr. Phil just had a show today about it.
I didn't watch it though, I was on the phone. So I can't tell you anything about it.
But if it hasn't played yet in your area, it should soon.

I agree with you....you can't gain weight if you are not putting it in your mouth!

I just saw a commercial for The Doctors tv show, and they're going to talk about this diet today Jan. 6.
