I am improving so much over the last couple of weeks. I'm now driving and walking with a cane. I tried sewing for just a little bit. Maybe next week I will be able to work on my quilts I have to custom make. Can't wait until I can sit and sew for at least an house. Right now I can make it about 10 minutes most. But what I have been working on are these hatbands that are tired onto a "cowboy" hat. Here they are.

This hatband is about 22 1/2 inches long and made on a loom. The ties are made using left over white deer hide.

I used to bead on a loom like this...I love how you made the ties! Very pretty!

I didn't realize I had so many typos in my comments. (lol). The hatbands took me a couple of weeks each. I've started another one the other day and I'm about a quarter way through. Yesterday I made a couple of wallets and did ok but not good enough for a quilt just yet.
