I'm sorry to hear about Anna. We lost our Dixie to kidney failure at 16, in April. She gave everyone kisses and even the vet got one.
Our vet said that it would be best to say good bye to our dear friend. As she slipped away everyone in the room felt Dixie's joy at being released from her broken & sick body.

So sorry to hear you Anna has gone to a better place. They leave such a hole in our hearts until we figure out that it's not a hole, just a placeholder for when we see them next.
