Wink 7 pounds in 1 week!

I had to share, I started cardio rehab last Monday. I will be going 3 times per week for a total of 12 weeks. I have to weigh in ever morning when I arrive. I wore the same clothes today as last Monday, and have lost 7 pounds! I am so stoked! I have learned so much in the 4 classes so far. I hope to keep loosing weight over the next 11 weeks. I doubt it will be 7 a week, but wouldn't it be wonder if I did loose 7 a week! I would almost disappear!
