Anyone else bothered by all the ads that pop up on the screen? There must be a way to eliminate them. Help!!!

You have to turn on your pop up blocker on your computer.

The ads are what help keep this a free site. After a while you don't even notice them.

I use adblock plus with firefox and see no ads here. I don't get any popups either. I think ads are one thing but if I went to a site and kept getting pop up ads, I wouldn't go back.

your internet protection software should have a (tool) to block pop-ups- go to tools- internet options- locate it and click on it. or if you use Norton- bring up your norton- and click on 'block pop-ups'
i don't know how the others work- but i imagine the same way
