I have been trying to get my computer to download some info from another site and now I have ads all over the place when I open this site. Do all of you have ads or have I done something crazy to the computer?

ackkkk. 1st you shold try to clean out your cookies and cache. hopefully it will delete the links to each ad.

Ads are normal. It is the pop-up that I block.

Some websites are infected with ads and/or pop ups (Not this board :D)
The only way to get rid of them might be to delete what you downloaded from that site. You can also try doing a system restore.

I avoid downloading most free programs just for this reason... :wink:
